A bionutritionist and a nutrition research technician,
provide nutrition services for investigative protocols.
Our nutrition services staff are available to:
* assist in the initial planning of the nutrition/dietary component of research protocols * develop and provide research diets for individual protocols
* collect and analyze dietary records * obtain body composition measurements
Investigators whose studies have special nutrition requirements, unusual dietary needs or require body composition measurements are encouraged to contact the Bionutritionist early in the
development of the research project so that she can assist in determining the most appropriate dietary controls or anthropometric measurements.
For more information about how our Dietary Research staff can assist you with your research protocol, please contact the Bionutritionist.
