Once your protocol is approved by the GCRC
Advisory Committee and a copy of the IRB is on
file with our office you may:
* Meet with the Nurse Manager to discuss
protocol implementation and educate the
nursing staff on your study needs.
* Prepare study materials. The nursing staff will
assist you in designing and developing flow
sheets, labels, and other documents.
* Schedule study dates with the Nurse Manager
and with other services required for your
study.
* Recruit subjects. The Nurse Manager can
assist you with this process.
* Consent forms must include the GCRC protocol
number.
* A copy of the patientīs signed consent form must
be submitted to the GCRC office on the patientīs
first visit/admission. |
